What it involves is simply changing all your passwords to goals. For instance Scott may have the password SQTallTHEweight or in order for Meg to access her bank information she would have to type DEADlift225.
Like it or not you are going to have to type your goals all the time because you are not going to be allowed to save your passwords – ever. Also, as a side bonus it keeps your identity secure because you will be changing your passwords often. AKA you will be crushing goals and setting new ones.
One of the big problems with goal setting is that we set a bunch of goals, write them down, and then put them in a drawer with the instructions on how to use our DVR We then take them out a year later when the DVR breaks and say, “Well, Shit – I still own a DVR and I have not yet squatted all the weight.”
I sincerely hope this tactic helps you as much as it has helped me. It is simple and will keep your goals in your face nearly every day of the week.
